After purchasing, please send a PNG of your logo and QR code to hello@etchible.com using the email you purchased with and reference your order number. Please allow 2 weeks for fulfillment. Care and Maintenance:

- The premium birch ply is unfinished. Avoid moisture to prevent discoloration and warping.
- Do not use window cleaner, ammonia products, or other chemical sprays on acrylic.
- Do not place hot objects on the product.
